This UK-based organisation sells hair care products such as shampoos, hair masks, frizz oil and more, and has been a client of Hallmark’s since 2021.

We connected with our client through a consultant we had worked with previously, who felt we would be an ideal fit for its fulfilment needs and way of working.

How we help

We provide both warehousing and pick and pack fulfilment services and organise the shipping of various sizes of UK orders as required. At Hallmark we are pleased to deliver direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfilment as well as B2B trade fulfilment.

We also keep up to date on legal regulations and generate the legally required Dangerous Goods paperwork for their overseas clients to ensure all operations meet the necessary requirements and that the client does not have to worry about this.

How we work

After learning about the client and the ways in which it works we decided to have weekly meetings with the operations team to ensure everything continues to go smoothly.

We also have quarterly and annual business reviews to discuss interesting and useful aspects about its fulfilment that the client may not be aware of, and how it can be improved. For these meetings we present insights formed from the data we continuously glean from our intelligent reporting systems.

Key results

As a result of our partnership, we have been able to support strong growth in both DTC and B2B fulfilment. The company’s strategy has developed from being primarily UK-focused into one where approximately 15-20% of its overall business is with overseas customers. The company was able to achieve this without any shrinkage to the UK market and we have been proud to support it during a time of such rapid business growth.
