Client case study: pet health

Our client provides various products to monitor the health of cats and dogs, these include DNA screening and healthcare information. It is primarily based in the US and production for the UK market takes place in Germany.

We were introduced to the client in 2021 through our partner fulfilment company in the US and since then we have worked closely with partners in both the US and Germany to offer a joined-up consistent way of handling its orders.

How we help

We provide warehousing services as well as picking and packing the company’s products. We have also recently taken on its business to business (B2B) fulfilment and now do this alongside the Direct to Consumer (DTC) fulfilment we have been doing since 2021.

How we work

We have weekly operations calls with both the US and German warehouses to ensure that everything is running smoothly and to maintain consistent communication and relationships with all those involved. Each quarter we conduct business review meetings with the US, German and Canadian warehouses to discuss any improvements that should be made and how we can improve our processes.
