Hallmark Consumer Services makes the 2021 business watch list
After an extremely turbulent year, Hallmark is delighted to have been recognised as one of the East Midland’s businesses to watch in 2021.
Each year, BusinessLive – the digital platform that focuses on news about businesses from across the regions – announces its regional lists of promising companies that look set to succeed and grow in the year ahead.
BusinessLive released its East Midlands businesses to watch in 2021 list earlier in January and has identified Hallmark as one of the top businesses to look out for. The watch list is decided by a panel of recognised figures from across the East Midlands business community and this year comprised The Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership, Associate Events, Eileen Richards Recruitment, family lawyer Glynis Wright MBE, the team at Cosby accountants AccountAbility, former LeicestershireLive editor George Oliver, Leicester lawyer Richard Osborn, music producer Yasin El Ashrafi and NatWest Bank.
Hallmark’s managing director Phil Hall said:
“We are delighted to have been recognised in this way by BusinessLive. We had to overcome many challenges in 2020 caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, as well as Brexit, but we are pleased to have come out the other side successfully and with several new clients.”
“The pandemic forced retail companies to provide more products online and we saw demand rocket. Fortunately, our business model and IT infrastructure are such that we can quickly scale our fulfilment services up or down in response to customer demand. It is this flexibility that our clients appreciate.”
Phil added:
“Although we are hoping for a slightly calmer 2021, increasing online demand looks set to continue and we are well-prepared for a busy year ahead”
