Receiving your products
Getting set up with Hallmark is simple. Your dedicated client manager will quickly get you up and running on our user-friendly warehouse management system where you can add new stock, schedule deliveries to us and receive notifications as your products arrive and move through our warehouse operations. You’ll get full visibility of your stock in real-time so you’ll always know how much you’ve got with us. Your client manager will also provide advice on barcoding and packaging for swift and seamless processing when we receive your products.

Our large warehousing and storage facilities are fully secure and geared up to offering both long and short-term storage options. Centrally located in the East Midlands, our 56,000 sq ft of warehouse space in Melton Mowbray and Grantham provide quick and easy access to East Midlands airport and the A1.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Hallmark accept containers?
Yes, we can. We can accept palletised containers, on various types of pallets as well as loose box containers for hand balling too.
Do all items need to be barcoded?
We require barcodes on all items, however do not worry if your supplier cannot complete this as we can complete this for you with our onsite reworks team.
Does Hallmark have a goods-in procedure?
Yes, we do. We call these our Goods in guidelines, which you can view via the button above, however your dedicated Client Manager will provide and run through these with you during the onboarding process.
